ELECTRIC CITY

The original urban site was home to a General Electric Factory. Our approach was to leverage this history as a benefit, not a liability. Using a 1950s pop-style graphic approach, we injected colourful design into what was a very grey area. Electric City paved the way for another four condominium buildings.
