This campaign was inspired by the insight that the more people age, the more their habits remain the same. To dispel the stigma attached to retirement homes, we created a playful campaign using actual residents as models while depicting Toronto’s hottest age-appropriate mid-town building. To date, The Dunfield is one of Toronto’s most sought after luxury retirement rental residences.
